Well this is the main outfit for my new OC, Eliane. She has a twin brother, which is my twin sister's OC, Kieran. We are still working on the details of their personalities but I thought I would go ahead and post the design. I can always edit this later.
btw you can't use her in my current contest as I'm still working on her bio.

Age: 18
Hair and eye color: brunette and green eyed
Family: For now, only her twin brother Kieran.
Personality: Fiery and energetic. Sometimes she has a short fuse.
Likes: Tea, sweets, most foods (not a picky eater), color, and music (most kinds)
Dislikes: Sushi (or anything like it where the meat is raw or close to raw), alchohol, smoking, talking about her height (she's a little short).

Eliane is not a common name for OC's out there, but I sure like this name !
